Follow Me to the Court House. We split into two groups. Proceeded to do 11’s Group 1 LBC’s at the top of the Court House steps and Group 2 doing Step ups. Moseyed down Queen St. to the next set of 11’s with Group one doing Derkins and Group 2 Doing WW1 sit ups. Moseyed on the dragon park. Next set of 11’s group 1 doing dips Group 2 doing American Hammers and Lastly. Moseyed to the Farmers market for the next set of 11’s. Group 1 doing Winged Merkins and group 2 doing Mountain Climbers and moseyed back to the circle.
