This was YHC first time Qing a run workout and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope everyone else enjoyed the route. It was basically one of the old original routes we ran when first started with just a little extra added on to try to get to 4 miles.
Welcome and Disclaimer
Then we took off. The Route:
Ran up Greenbriar and took the sutton Loop and got back on Greenbriar
Took a Left on Stockton
Right on Statnon and ran till got to Carey then U-turned and went back down Stanton to Stockton
Left on Cambridge
Followed Cambridge back by Northwest and golf course to Perry Park then back to Fairfield for a little over 4 miles!
