At 5:30a we were 10-41 (Begin Tour of Duty) (LEO 10-Code themed and LEO’s VQ) with warmups in the COT, then 10-17 (In Route) / Moseyed to outfield where we had 10-23 (Arrived at Location) for some cardio and added burpees to help Speed Square and Goggles accomplish there goal. The focus was abs from flutter kicks, leg raises, planks to hammers. We then were 10-24 (Assignment Completed), and 10-17 back to the COT where Mayhem and Deadlift informed us and demonstrated form and technique on the upcoming Physical Assessment. 6:15a we were 10-42 (End Tour of Duty) with count and name-aroma, prayer praises and requests, prayed together, and concluded with announcements.
