“Around The Block”
This was the first day of Expansion in LaGrange. We shall call the Tuesday workout “The Garden Spot”.
We began with Intro and Disclaimer.
Warm up consisted of a set of Arm Burners and then some Cotton Pickers
Workout: We jogged to the corner of railroad and main where we stopped and each did 50 Side Straddle Hops, and 25 American Hammers ( 4 count).
Then we jogged as a group to the StopLight. There are began doing Merkins while the light was Green, and when the light would switch to Red, we changed over to doing LBC’s, we continued her for approximately 5 minutes. We learned that there is not enough traffic in Lagrange at 5:45am as the light stayed Green for way too long.
From there we jogged as group to the LGCC parking lot and did a round of 7’s, Squats and Burpees
Then jogged to our AO and did step up on the brick wall and incline Merkins
Next was two sets of tricep dips at picnic tables.
Finally we circled up for a variety of peer led exercises. Flutter kicks, No surrenders, Merkins with kick out. WW2, and RedBull Smurf Jacks.
We finished up with the Pledge, and a picture at the flag
