The BackBlast:

It was a warm 30 degrees as PAX rolled in to Bill Fay Park.  Goggles and LD were already at it when YHC arrived.  F3Nation has an overall goal of recording 1 million burpees in January and Goggle has committed to doing an average of 100/day.  The day before, he was wondering which AO would offer the most burpees, YHC assured him that there’d be at least 1 at Row the Boat as we kick off the new year.  Here’s what we did:

WARM-UPS (# to celebrate the New 2021 Year)

Imperial Walkers x21 IC
Collard Pickers x21 IC
Run the perimeter of the parking lot

THE THANG
We began with holding a plank while having a little F3 trivia (what we’re doing and where we’ve been).  PAX had 5 seconds to answer a question once asked.  If answered correctly, we all did 1 burpee.  If not, 5 burpees.  No PAX could answer consecutive questions.
