Welcome and Disclaimer
Rucked at a 15 min pace downtown Kinston (DTK) with a declining pyramid of ruck merkins at each block, starting with 10 reps.
We were able to complete over 100 ruck merkins on the route. We stopped at the public parking lot on Heritage on the way back for 2 rounds of Ruck Flutter Kicks x 15 IC and Ruck Presses x 12 IC.
We planked while picking up the six during the route.

Fun breaking up the ruck by doing an exercise at each block. Some loved it and some moaned and groaned. Good times!
