In honor of Groundhog Day, YHC tried to think up a workout that involved a repeating nature. YHC thought about the “Bill Murray” workout with repeating Merkins/BBSUs/burpees in between each run lap but didn’t want a mutiny on my hands for so much running, maybe next year! Landed on repeating 11s around the AO, planned 3 but completed 2.

Jump squats/Plank Jacks 4-ct/Bear Crawls across
Mosey to T-Ball lot
Catalina Wine Mixer (Plank to forearms to plank to merkin)/Hillbillies 4-ct/Lunge or high knees across
YHC saw time was getting close and we wouldn’t get to the third round of 11s so YHC encouraged everyone to lunge between sides of the lot.
Moseyed back to the flag and arrived right at 6:15.
