14 men came out to Silverback to become 1% better this morning and better they became. Six men started off with a little 2.5 mile ruck for extra credit. The 0530 group started out with some warm up exercises that consisted of side straddle hop, good mornings and good evenings. After the warm up was complete, the group moved to the batting cages to perform a Circuit training evolution which started at ten step ups, ten World War II, ten flutter kicks and ten lbc’s. With each round complete the count went up by five. The men pushed hard and most finished the workout at 45 count. Then the group returned to the circle where the song Flower was played so the group could perform Merkens to the song. Every-time the song said bring Sally up, one merken was performed. The workout end with some cool down exercises that included Abe pagodas, and good evenings. Pray requests for Chestnut and has family and everyone affected by COVID-19.
