Next up was the 11’s on “The Hill of Doom!”
We did 11’s all burpees with one part of the 11 at the bottom of the hill and the other at the top of the hill. Between each set of 11’s we ran up the hill five times and down six times. Two of the studs finished and the others came close.
We finished with a prayer for our injured pax and for peace and unity in our country.
