9 HIMs battled the wind  for a little heart rate booster this morning

Started out with Welcome and the disclaimer.

1sr exercise was the Pledge of Allegiance

we then went out for a 1.2 mile warm up jog.

After warm up we met at the Freshly paved large terminal parking lot.  We each grabbed a basketball or football to hold above our head while we ran suicides for the entire length of the parking lot.  This was alternated with a jog lap around the parking lot.  After 2 rounds of these, we switched it up.

We then side shuffled the short end of the parking lot, sprinted the length of the lot, then high knee the short end, and jogged the long end.   then next round of these was changed to back pedaling the long end of the parking lot.

We finished up with a recovery lap around the Neil Medical triangle.
