The thang:

I introduced myself and offered the disclaimer.   We welcomed a couple of first timers to the Greyhound workout venue.

Then as promised on Slack I revealed a first for the f3 family.  I removed my jogging pants to reveal my sexy legs in shorts.

After much shock and amazement we set of on our route towards downtown Kinston.  We took the Nature Center access road to the King street bridge.  Then a run through Pearson park on the cart path.  From there we crossed the railroad tracks and proceeded to Lenoir.  A right on Lenoir took us back to Heritage street or Queen street for the return.  Back across the King street bridge, down the access road and back to the Dog Park.

Everyone ran in excess of 4 miles.  For some it was there longest run.  For others it was there best run.  Regardless everyone got a little better.

Prayer requests were offered up for Fire Ant, Sissy Bars M, Tow Bar, The family of the Sheppard lady that unexpectedly passed away at 34 years old, and several unspoken prayers.
