We began with disclaimer this morning.

Our goal was to shave a few second off our pace from last Wednesday and we did just that.

We took a left out of the parking lot and we made our was around the loop of Spirit Aerosystems.

Once we got back to our Flag we made a small loop around the Neil Medical triangle.

This had us returning to our flag at exactly 6:15.

We logged 2.79 miles at a pace of 15:48

Then we gathered and ended in Circle of Trust.
