3 HIM’s find the motivation to get up early and meet up to do an EC ruck before row the boat this morning. Pulling up in a frosty parking lot,  these 3 brave souls stepped out onto the streets of Kinston for a 2 mile ruck. Upon their return, they set sail on row the boat.
