12 HIM’s decided to become 1% better this morning with a brisk 2.5 mile ruck around the HillCrest subdivision. The workout began with some warm-up exercises, good-mornings/good evening’s. After this it was go time and the crowd took off like a bullet out of a gun. High stepping the crowd made their way down the road and around the Hillcrest subdivision and back to the rally point with just minutes to spare. We took advantage of these minutes by doing a 3 count Merken-a-rama. After this was complete we did count-a-Rama and name-a-Rama. Prayer requests for our country and everyone dealing with cOVID-19. We all gathered for the group photo and this workout was in the books.
