Welcome and Disclaimer:

A beautiful morning with clear skies and crisp temperatures welcomed us to Barnett Park.  I introduced myself to the group

and stated the obvious,  that I am not a professional..  I encouraged them to modify the exercises if needed to prevent injury.

Warm up:

10 Good Mornings

14 Side Straddle Hops

10 Butt Kickers

14 Arm Burners

14 Mountain Climbers

The Thang:

We did a quick follow me to the baseball field foul line.  Unofficially known as the starting line for Hwy 66.

At each foul line and at each light pole the group was made to do 6 No Surrenders and 2 Murkins.  Once everyone

completed that portion we turned around and went back across the field doing 6 WWI situps and 2 Murkins.

Next we took a quick jog to the bleachers surrounding the ball field.  After dividing into two groups we positioned our

selves to do some Elevens.  One group started on the bleachers doing step ups and the other group started by doing Jump

squats.

We again did a quick mosey this time ending up at the soccer field.   At each of the four corners of the field was placed a

sign with an exercise .  Imperial Walkers, Monkey Humpers, Flutter Kicks, and Plank Jacks.  The PAX was instructed to run

facing backwards to each of the four stations and complete 15 of the assigned exercise at that station.

Finally we gathered in the center of the soccer field in a circle.  I explained that a Burpee essentially consists of two exercises

a Murkin and a Jump Squat.  For this segment  of the workout we did Murkins on a down command and then a Jump squat

on my up command.  We started with one of each then two of each , then three, then four, etc.  We completed the set with

12 of each.  This gave us a total of 80 Murkins and  80 Jump Squats.  80 Slow Motion Murkins!

We moseyed back to the original circle for one final exercise.  No Earth Day workout would be complete without doing

some Al Gores.  45 seconds was enough to finish us off.
