We leave no man behind. We started with a little warm up of Good mornings, Good evenings & High Knees. We ran about 100 feet we did some Squats, Side straddle hops and we ran another 100′ or so and lined up at the fence. We took Route 66 and did 6 squats and 6 burpees at each pole for a total of 36 squats and burpees. We divided up into 4 groups and made our way around the circuit performing a total of 60 exercises at all 4 poles running a lap between each pole. We circled up at the flagpole with a cool-down of American Hammers and Side-Straddle Hops and prayed. A good time was had by all…..especially Yours Truly.
