YHC was honored with the opportunity to Q this group of men! The air was cold, crisp and dry. Fourteen Beasts dressed as men gathered at the Shovelflag, drawn there by some mystical tug. Some noted they were both somewhat scared away by the pre-blast photo of the mean, snarling Doberman while also being intrigued by it enough to overcome their hesitation. They were lured their by the real man’s inner need for challenge!….Steam snorted from nostrils as we prepared for the 3-Legged-Dog workout!

Warm-up = 20 SSH IC, 15 Imperial Walker IC, 10 Monkey Humper IC

3-Legged Dog – 3 stations, visit all 3 stations = one set. Round 1 has 1 set, Rd 2 has 2 sets, Rd 3 has 3 sets. “Who Let the Dogs Out” run to the wooden bridge and Heart Rate Recovery mosey back between each round.
