Leaving Pearson Park to King St, King St to Queen, up Queen to Vernon, Vernon to Herritage, back down Herritage to North St, North St to Mitchell, Mitchell back up to Vernon, from Vernon we doubled back down Mitchell back to Pearson Park logging approximately 2.5 miles. We had about 5 minutes to spare so we ended with 2 rounds of Mercian O Rhama ( Everyone in plank position 1 Pax does 3 mercians while everyone holds, once completed the Pax to the right does 3 while everyone holds and so on until all Pax have completed 3 mericans.)
