3. Two-Lap Run around the Perimeter of the Fire Department

Rucked-up and Recovered walking to the Outdoor Training Area and Used a Tractor Tire:

1. Step-ups IC 20
2. Derkins OYO  20
3. Repeated 1 & 2: 3 Rounds
4. Lined-up behind one another Alternating Flipping the Tire about 50 feet and back 3 x.

Rucked Back to the Flag and Ended with an Exercise by the Choosing by each PAX:  

1. Wire Nut: SSH
