warmup- pledge, SSH, h/u merkins, sumo squats, collard pickers, don Quixote’s, dancing bears
thing 1- swings, extended AB planks, jump overs, rows, push-up AB tuck, pistol squat, between each exercise run to come and do one burpee and return. We then did this set again
thing 2- mosey to hill. 9 Jim Braddocks at the top, 11 crab cakes at the bottom, x5
thing 3- Cooper triangle. Using the hill and steps we did 10 burpees at the top, 10 squats bottom left, 10 Merkins then back up r and r x 3
mosey back to the flag- we did a yoga flow of poses and balance exercises and finished with a dying cockroach
prayed for Treva, fire ant, Ashleigh, 9/11 victims and families
