We started off with the pledge of allegiance

We then mosied to the parking lot behind Bannisters Fine Gifts. We all took turns calling out an exercise while that pax ran around the parking lot. After all rounds were completed we did LBC’S x25 OYO. From there we mosied to the parking lot at LaGrange Christia Church and performed 11’s consiting of WWI’s and Freddie Mercury’s. Mosied back to the bleachers and performed Tricep dips x25, Step-ups x25, Incline Merkins x20
