The time was getting closer to 5:30. I was thinking to myself man we are going to have to do so many burpees when everyone rolls in a few minutes late. Alas that was not to be and at 530 it was just Marshall, Never Happened and myself. Unfortunately Farva was going to Q but he is still recovering from his back injury (can’t wait for you to get back with us brother!) and so I decided we would finish the exercises we started a few weeks back that we never got to finish. So channeling our inner Ned Nederlander, Dusty Bottoms, and Lucky Day, this group of Three Amigos got after with with some kettlebells

time was called after about round 5 (bother Marshall and never happened were ahead of YHC)

really enjoyed working out with these HIMs this morning. Just goes to show can still have a great workout and fellowship with low numbers…but let’s not let it happen again!!
