Today we got back to the bare bone basics of running miles and tried just simplifying it.  The end goal was to run as far as we could in the allotted 45 minutes.  I was proud of the PAX as we covered 3.7-4.8 miles over 42 minutes.

the route took us right out of the dog park, left on the side road that loops by the nature center, left on king, left on Herritage to the end, right on Vernon, right on Queen, right on King and back to the park the same route we came.
