we then did a warm up of good mornings and side straddle hop. after that we walked through the 6 stations and explained and demonstrated each exercise. We had a Pax join us at station 3 so we did 3 burpees in his honor.
Each station had 4 pax at a time and each group added their total reps to meet the requirement at each station.
If we came upon a station that had 4 CPU coupons, then that group was responsible for taking them to the next station and leaving them for the next incoming group.

Station 2 decline merkins 150 ( round 1), 125 (round 2), 100 (round 3)
Station 3 WWI sit ups 200 (round 1), 150 (round 2), 100 (round 3)
Station 4 Tricep dips 150(round 1), 125( round 2), 100 (round 3)
Station 5 Freddie Mercury ( on a 4 count) 200 (round 1), 150 (round 2), 100 ( round 3)
Station 6 Bleach set ups ( four count) 200 (round 1), 150 (round 2), and 100 (round 3)
We then gathered in COT and waited for the train to pass so we could hear each other
